AREA OBJECTIVES

• Identify the intangible assets resulting from research carried out within its competencies.
• Provide comprehensive advice on the proper protection and transfer of research results.
• Develop ongoing strategic contact with the business sector to seek agreements and synergies, both for raising funds for project development and for exploiting the knowledge generated.
• Offer legal assistance for the correct formalization of collaboration and exploitation agreements, among others.
• Support and promote the creation of spin-offs.
